The selling agreement (“Agreement”) between your firm (“Distribution Entity”) and the Insurance Companies and if applicable, Distributors is hereby amended, effective DATE, as described more fully below. These changes supersede any related language in your current Agreement with the Insurance Companies and if applicable, Distributors. To the extent that your Agreements has the following provisions, your Agreement is amended as follows.
