THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 29th day of April 2009, by and between STATE FARM MUTUAL FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and STATE FARM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”).
