AGREEMENT made as of the 7th day of April, 2009 between MANAGERS INVESTMENT GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware and having its principal place of business in Norwalk, Connecticut (the “Adviser”) and The Renaissance Group, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal place of business at The Baldwin Center, Suite 1200, 625 Eden Park Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 (the “Subadvisor”).
