This SENIOR UNSECURED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Credit Agreement”) is made as of July 1, 2009, by and among Barnes Group Inc. (“Borrower”), a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 123 Main Street, Bristol, Connecticut 06010, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo”), a national banking association, and the other lending institutions listed on Schedule 1 (the “Lenders”) and Wells Fargo, as administrative agent for itself and the other Lenders (the “Administrative Agent”).
