If you sign and comply with the terms of this separation agreement (the “Agreement”), which contains a release of claims, and return your signed Agreement to Yahoo! Human Resources by the deadline specified in this Agreement (collectively these are the “Agreement Eligibility Requirements”), then Yahoo! will continue to employ you through the Separation Date specified below and will pay your premiums for continued group health coverage under COBRA as described below.
