This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 7, 2009, by and between BRE Properties, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and John A Schissel, an individual (“Executive”) and memorializes the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment by the Company from and after October 5, 2009 (the “Effective Date”).
