This is your amended and restated EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) with MF Global Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company (“MF Global”). This Agreement is being amended and restated to modify certain terms of this Agreement, as of the date set forth above. This Agreement sets forth the terms of your continued employment with MF Global and its subsidiaries and affiliates (together, the “MF Global Group”).
