This Registration Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 18th day of December, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) between Bioject Medical Technologies Inc., an Oregon corporation (the “Company”), and the parties set forth on the signature page and Exhibit A hereto (each, an “Investor” and collectively, the “Investors”).
