THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 29, 2009, by and between Hewitt Series Trust, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”), and Hewitt Associates, LLC (“HA”) and amends and restates in its entirety that certain Amended and Restated Administration Agreement dated as of May 1, 2005 by and between the Trust and HA.
