This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of January 8, 2010 between CASUAL MALE RETAIL GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation with an office at 555 Turnpike Street, Canton, Massachusetts, 02021 (the “Company” which term includes any affiliates and subsidiaries), and Francis C. Chane (the “Executive”) having an address at 45 Saddleworth Way, Middleboro, MA 02346.
