This BRIDGE LOAN AGREEMENT is entered into as of March 19, 2010, by and among NBC UNIVERSAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“NBCU” or the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
