This CHANGE OF CONTROL AGREEMENT, made as of March 22, 2010, is by and between Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Company”), and Charles H. Abdalian, Jr. (the “Employee”). All references to the Company include all affiliated or subsidiary entities including, without limitation, a Buyer in a Change of Control (each as defined below).
