This VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 22 of April, 2010, by and among K-V PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“KV”), ETHEX CORPORATION, a Missouri corporation (collectively, the “KV Companies”), and MICHAEL S.
