This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is entered into between LEAPFROG ENTERPRISES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and WILLIAM CHIASSON (“Executive”) and shall be deemed effective as of March 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”).
