This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 27th day of April, 2010 by and among 1st Financial Services Corporation, a North Carolina corporation (the “Corporation”), Mountain 1st Bank & Trust Company, a North Carolina-chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the “Bank”), and Holly L. Schreiber (the “Executive”). The Corporation and the Bank are referred to in this Agreement individually and together as the “Employer.”
