(“HealthTronics”) entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (“Endo”) and HT Acquisition Corp. (“Purchaser”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endo.
