THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease Agreement”) is made and entered into to be effective as of June 2, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CLINTON COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic and a port authority duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Ohio with an address of 1113 Airport Road, Wilmington, OH 45177, Attention: John J. Limbert (“Landlord”), and AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation with an address of 145 Hunter Drive, Wilmington, OH 45177 (“Tenant”).
