This Agreement and General Release of Claims (“Agreement”) is entered into by Frank J. Battafarano and all of his agents, successors and assigns (“Employee”), and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (“Kindred”) and all companies related to Kindred and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries or related companies, past and present (collectively, the “Company”).
