THIS EMPLOYMENT, CONFIDENTIALITY, SEVERANCE AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 31, 2010 by and between James E. Ousley (the “Executive”) and SAVVIS, INC., a Delaware corporation, (“SAVVIS”) and all its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Company”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in Section 7 of this Agreement.
