This CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Douglas B. This Consulting and Separation Agreement and General Release (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Deborah A. Wensel (the “Executive”) and Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), to document certain post-employment consulting services and to fully settle and resolve any and all issues and disputes arising out of the Executive’s employment with and separation from the Company.
