THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 31st day of August 2010, between National Energy Services Company, Inc. with a corporate address at 16238 F-108 Ranch Rd, Austin, TX 78717, a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”), and Propalms International LTD., a Nevada corporation, (the “Company”) Robert Zysblat and Owen Dukes (“Shareholders”) individually and collectively known as (“Seller(s)”).
