This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of August 31, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between Mark A. LeDoux (“Employee”), and Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”). The Company and Employee may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties.”
