The United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia as counsel for the United States, and Defendant ALLERGAN, INC. (“Defendant” or “ALLERGAN”), hereby enter into this Plea Agreement pursuant to Rule 11(c)(l)(C) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
