The Company and the Member of the Management Board have entered into an executive service agreement (Geschäftsführer-Dienstvertrag) dated 10 October 2007, which has been amended in the meantime and the Guarantor has become a party to this agreement (as amended, the “Current Executive Service Agreement”).
