This Limited Liability Company Agreement (this “Agreement”) of The Lehigh Press LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”) is entered into as of November 15, 2010, by AKI, Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, as the sole member (the “Member”) of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, 6 Del. C. §§ 18-101 et seq., as amended (the “Act”).
