This Aircraft Time Sharing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 26th day of January, 2011 by and between U.S. Home Corporation (“Lessor”), a Delaware corporation whose address is 1707 Market Place Blvd., Suite 120, Irving, Texas 75063, and Richard Beckwitt (“Lessee”), whose address is 1707 Market Place Blvd., Suite 120, Irving, Texas 75063 (collectively the “Parties”).
