This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on February 7, 2011, by and between BRE Properties, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Deborah J. Jones , an individual (“Executive”) amending and restating the Employment Agreement effective as of January 1, 2008 as amended by that First Amendment to Employment Agreement dated effective as of December 31, 2008 and is made effective as of January 1, 2011 (the “Effective Date”).
