To the extent required by Landlord or the nature of the Work and as further described in Section VI, Tenant shall, after Landlord’s approval of the Space Plan: (i) cause the Architect to submit to Landlord for approval “Construction Drawings” (including, as further described in Section VI below, sealed mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans prepared by a qualified, licensed Engineer approved or designated by Landlord), and (ii) cause the Engineers to submit for Landlord’s approval a report (the “Engineering Report”) indicating any special heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, heavy load or other special or unusual requirements of Tenant, including calculations.
