SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of November 9, 2010, among Global Crossing Genesis Networks, Inc. (the “Guaranteeing Subsidiary”), a subsidiary of Global Crossing Limited, an exempted company with limited liability formed under the laws of Bermuda (the “Company”), the Company and Wilmington Trust FSB, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
