This AIRCRAFT TIME SHARING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between VERIZON CORPORATE SERVICES GROUP INC., a New York corporation, having an office at One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920 (the “Lessor”), and , an individual with an address at (the “Lessee”) and shall become effective on and as of the date of execution by the last signing party hereto (the “Effective Date”).
