This AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of June 2, 2000, by and among UHS of Georgia, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as general partner (the “General Partner”), and UHS of Georgia Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Limited Partner”).
