We are pleased to inform you that on March 28, 2011, Technology Research Corporation (the “Company”) entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with Coleman Cable, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and Clearwater Acquisition I, Inc., a Florida corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent (“Purchaser”).
