(hereinafter the “ Sponsor”), a Pennsylvania corporation, VANGUARD MARKETING CORPORATlON (hereinafter the “Distributor”), a Pennsylvania corporation, and TRANSAMERICA FINANCIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (hereinafter the “Company”), a New York corporation, on its own behalf and on behalf of Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Company Separate Account B (the “Account”).
