STOCKERT, an individual resident of the State of Georgia (the “Executive”), and POST PROPERTIES, INC., POST APARTMENT HOMES, L.P., and POST SERVICES, INC., and amends, restates and supersedes the Amended and Restated Employment and Change in Control Agreement among Executive and Post Properties, Inc., Post Apartment Homes, L.P., and Post Services, Inc., dated February 11, 2008 (the “2008 Agreement”).
