SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of June 14, 2011, among Explore Information Services, LLC (the “Guaranteeing Subsidiary”), a subsidiary of Solera Holdings Inc. (or its permitted successor), a Delaware corporation (“Solera”), Audatex North America, Inc.
