This SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of June 30, 2011 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), is entered into by and between Carpenter Technology Corporation, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Company”), and U.S. Bank National Association, as successor trustee (the “Trustee”).
