THIS AMENDMENT to the Assurant, Inc. Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement - [2009][2010] Time-Based Award for Directors (the “Agreement”) dated as of April 4, 2011, by and between Assurant, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (the “Company”) and [ ] (the “Participant”) is effective as of the date hereof.
