This letter is being delivered to Solway Investment Group Limited (“Solway”), Solway Industries Ltd. (“Acquireco 1”) and Solway FeNi AS (“Acquireco 2”, and collectively with Solway and Acquireco 1, the “Purchasers”) pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated August 5, 2011 among the Purchasers, HudBay Minerals Inc.
