THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 25, 2011, by and between CONCEPTUS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
