This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 23, 2011, by and between Allozyne, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Meenu Chhabra (the “Executive”). This Agreement, except for Section 6, shall become effective upon the Effective Date, and Section 6 shall be effective as of the date entered into as set forth in the preceding sentence.
