(this “Amendment”) is entered into as of September 9, 2011, by and between Spectra Energy Southeast Pipeline Corporation (“SESP”), WGP Gulfstream Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“WGPG”), Spectra Energy Partners, LP (“SEP”), and Williams Partners Operating LLC (“WPO”).
