CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of November 8, 2011 among NEUSTAR, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors (as hereinafter defined), the Initial Lenders (as hereinafter defined), the Initial Issuing Bank (as hereinafter defined), the Initial Swing Line Bank (as hereinafter defined), MORGAN STANLEY SENIOR FUNDING, INC.
