AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of October 19, 2010, among TENET HEALTHCARE CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders (as defined below), the Issuers (as defined below), CITICORP USA, INC. (“Citi”), as agent for the Lenders and the Issuers (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as syndication agent, and WELLS FARGO CAPITAL FINANCE, LLC, BARCLAYS BANK PLC, GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION and THE BANK OF NOVA SCOTIA, as co-documentation agents.
