This Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this 1st day of November 2011, by and between the Russell Exchange Traded Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) having its principal place of business at 1301 Second Avenue, 18th Floor, Seattle, Washington 98101, and ALPS Distributors, Inc., a Colorado corporation company (the “Distributor”) having its principal place of business at 1290 Broadway, Suite 1100, Denver, Colorado.
