This AGREEMENT is made this 15th day of July, 2011, by and between Modern Woodmen of America (the “Society”), a fraternal benefit society domiciled in the state of Illinois, on its behalf and on behalf of certain segregated asset accounts of the Society listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Separate Accounts”); Federated Insurance Series (the “Investment Company”), a Massachusetts business trust; and Federated Securities Corp. (the “Distributor”), a Pennsylvania corporation.
