This DRS Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of January, 2012, by and between VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY, a Virginia public service corporation (the “Company”), and DOMINION RESOURCES SERVICES, INC., a Virginia corporation (“DRS”). DRS is sometimes referred to herein as “Service Company.”
