This RESIDENTIAL SERVICING ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of March 6, 2012, by and among Aurora Bank FSB, a federal savings bank organized under the laws of the United States (the “Bank”), Aurora Loan Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ALS” and together with the Bank, the “Sellers”), and Nationstar Mortgage LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser”). The Bank, ALS and Purchaser shall be referred to herein from time to time collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
