Amendment, dated as of March 6, 2012, to the Employment Agreement referred to below (this “Amendment”) is made by and among GATEHOUSE MEDIA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Publishing”), GATEHOUSE MEDIA OPERATING, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Operating” and together with Publishing, the “Company”), and Kirk A.
