THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 22nd day of July, 2010, by and between Capital Senior Living, Inc., a Texas corporation (“CSL” or “the Company”), and Joseph G. Solari, an individual residing in the State of Illinois (“Employee”). The term of this Agreement shall be deemed to have commenced as of September 1, 2010 (“Employment Commencement Date”).
