EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of Feb 16, 2012, effective as of February 16, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between TIME WARNER CABLE INC. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Marc Lawrence- Apfelbaum (“you” or “your”). This Agreement supersedes your employment agreement with the Company dated June 1, 2000, as subsequently amended.
